Spherical rollers (222/223/230, tapered bore +K with adapter sleeve) tolerate shaft deflection and mounting error; reinforced cages and the W33 groove suit impact. Tapered rollers (302/303/322/323) take the axial component, spherical plain bearings GE…ES cover cylinder eyes and rocker arms, and slewing rings serve excavator and stacker platforms. Prefer contact or labyrinth seals and tie the node into centralised lubrication to extend the change interval.

Typical applications

Typical conditions: Crushing, screening and transfer mean shock duty with misalignment: the eccentric shaft of a jaw crusher and the main shaft of a cone crusher take cyclic impact, dust is heavy, ambient temperature swings widely, and grease is washed out or contaminated. One crusher down stops the whole circuit, so spares must be changeable on site within hours.
