Four inspection
stages
Every batch passes four factory checks: incoming steel inspection, hardness and metallography, 100% dimensional and clearance check, final noise and appearance check. A batch that fails does not ship.
Quality
Quality is agreed before production, verified before shipping
TIDETRUST is an exporter, but quality is never delegated. We agree inspection standards and acceptance levels with the factory before a single ring is machined, witness the four-stage inspection on site or by video call, and keep retained samples from every batch until you confirm arrival.
Every shipment carries a full document set — material certificates, hardness and dimension reports, a packing list mapped to box numbers — so arrival inspection at your warehouse takes minutes, not days.
Incoming steel inspection
GCr15 / ШХ15 bars verified against mill certificates: chemistry, hardness and surface condition, checked before machining starts.
Hardness & metallography
Hardness tested per ISO 6507 and microstructure examined on sample rings from every heat batch — 61–65 HRC, spheroidized structure confirmed.
100% dimension & clearance
Bore, outside diameter, width and radial clearance measured on every ring — not a sample plan. Clearance groups C2–C5 per ISO 5753, results archived.
Noise & appearance final
Vibration and noise screening, seal fit, laser marking and anti-rust oil verified before boxes are sealed and stacked.
