Insert units on cast housings (UCP/UCF/UCFL/UCT) and the SA200 series are self-aligning, taking up shaft deflection and welded-frame distortion; an eccentric collar or set screws let an operator swap the unit with one spanner. Double-lip 2RS seals keep mud and water out, and factory grease fill is sized for a season. Hubs and drives use tapered rollers (302/303); conveyors and cleaning use 62xx-2RS.

Typical applications

Typical conditions: In the field the enemies are mud, moisture and crop residue. Tillage, harvesting and conveying run at modest speed but heavy load, and in a dusty environment ordinary grease dries out within a season. The only maintenance window is the off-season, so machinery must run a whole season untouched and be replaceable at the field edge in minutes.
